- Keep entryways clear: Keep furniture and clutter away from the doorway of any room to promote calm and free flow of energy. You’ll appreciate the room more if you are not navigating an obstacle course just to enter the room.
- Natural light: Getting more natural light into your home or office will improve your energy level. Pull open the window shades. Add skylights. Work outdoors when you can.
- Bed position: Sleep better at night by positioning your bed so that your head isn’t resting towards the door. Balancing noise, light and air flow is also important.
- Allow 3 feet between furniture: Arrange your furniture so that at least 3 feet of open space remains between each piece. Opening the space looks good and functions nicely.
